Kross is a content and project management system that empowers content and marketing professionals to seamlessly plan, create, and publish content directly to social media within a single solution. It's a software-as-a-service platform accessible to agencies and freelancers who can register for an account. Please note that the MVP version is currently exclusively available on desktop.

Business Goal & Opportunity

The solution is comprised of three main modules: Content management for creative users, Review management for clients, and Administration for operational users.

For creative users, key use cases include content creation, social media publishing, social media integration, and performance reporting. Clients have the ability to review and approve content created by creative users, while operational users can manage subscription packages and creative user accounts.

Information Architecture

In my role as the product designer, I faced the unique challenge of also serving as a business analyst. This required me to gather requirements and construct use cases for the development team. To address this, I conducted workshops with the product owner using Miro. These workshops were instrumental in extracting requirements and visualizing them in the form of diagrams, which helped facilitate effective communication with the development team. These diagrams encompassed use cases, site maps, and stage diagrams.

Final User Interface

Once all the use cases and structures were thoroughly addressed and illustrated, I proceeded to deliver the design through Figma. Collaboration with both the product owner and the development team was integral to this process. Together, we ensured the design's feasibility and addressed any questions or concerns from the development team.
