Overview
CSF, a web-based application created for the Myanmar-based SME loan and leasing company GL-Ammk, is comprised of six vital modules: Underwriting, Contract Management, Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP), Collection, and Bank Reconciliation.
The primary challenges faced during this project included the geographical distance between the development team and the operational staff in Myanmar. Additionally, addressing the limited computer skills of less-educated staff required well-planned training and user-friendly interfaces.

Phase 1: Underwriting, Contract Management and Account Receivable (AR)
Phase 2: Account Payable (AP) and Collection
Phase 3: Bank Reconciliation
Information Architecture
Given the application's core values of well-organized information structure and excellent usability, the initial step was to identify service and process flows. To achieve this, we utilized Treejack and Cardsorting methods from Optimalworkshop. These tools helped us classify information and test the prototype's navigation, with the Collection module serving as an example of their application.
Final User Interface
Having gathered data on how staff organized customer information and managed loan applications, we proceeded to create a prototype using Sketch. This prototype was then presented through Invision to obtain management approval.
